Training with me is all about building strength and fitness in a way that feels encouraging and achievable. I understand that creating new fitness habits can be challenging—and sometimes things don’t stick at first. I focus on helping you build confidence in the gym, learn to lift weights safely, and make movement a regular part of your life. Strength Training

I teach strength training in a safe, effective and personalised way. Whether you’re new to lifting or have some experience, I focus on helping you build strength gradually while mastering proper technique. My approach emphasises consistency over intensity and prioritises compound lifts—like squats, deadlifts, as well as pressing and pulling movements—so you develop functional strength you can use every day.

Pre & Post Natal Training

I’m a mum of two and have been coaching pre- and post-natal women for over 5 years. I’m passionate about helping women stay strong, healthy, and confident throughout pregnancy and beyond. I take an understanding, personalised approach, recognising that every pregnancy is different, and focus on adapting movement as your pregnancy progresses to ensure workouts remain effective while supporting the core and pelvic floor.
